Responsibilities

  • Prüf- und Montageanlagen nach Bedarf rüsten, einstellen und bedienen. Maschinenprogramme anpassen, Musterteile anfertigen. Arbeitsschritte sowie Nacharbeit und Ausschuss dokumentieren.
  • Analyse von Fehlern und Störungen. Sie führen Reparatur- und Montage- sowie Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten durch.
  • Sie überwachen den Montage- und Prüfablauf und lösen die Beschaffung von Betriebsmitteln (Werkzeuge, Vorrichtungen) aus.
  • Sie bereiten den Arbeitsplatz vor, indem Sie die Anlagen einrichten und nach Plan umrüsten.
  • Sie stellen Bauteile und Materialien bereit und bereiten Werkzeuge vor.
  • Sie bearbeiten Aufträge im Dispensbereich.
  • Sie führen Sichtprüfungen und Qualitätskontrollen durch und beseitigen Störungen.
