Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and developing existing relationships, with a customer-first approach and the desire to create a remarkable experience for them
  • Identifying opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction and success
  • Consulting with stakeholders to ensure that our products and services are delivering value to customers
  • Working closely with our Activations Teams to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing care
  • Advising & coaching our customers on ways to improve processes and yield the most value and success from CoreLogic products
  • Contacting disengaged customers to re-engage and improve value recognition, upsell and cross-sell products and services in order to increase average yield per customer
  • Continually look for areas of improvement and development
  • Ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to and identify areas for improvement
  • Removing roadblocks for our customers and suppliers, making it really easy to do business with us
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and the ability to proactively connect and articulately engage in solution selling
  • Taking ownership of our Digital Marketing Solution for our clients, to establish, implement and manage the customer journey, driving consistent results for our clients and CoreLogic
  • Working closely with our Sales & Activations Teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from implementation to ongoing care and growth
