Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, distributors or related roles within the EMEA region, ideally in sports, lifestyle, or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of communication and retail marketing strategies, with expertise in online retail being highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across teams, departments and cultures.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong capacity for setting priorities and managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, including start-ups or high-growth companies, is desirable.
  • Proven experience working with international brands, particularly those with strong, distinctive cultures.
  • Skilled at coordinating with external agencies and vendors on a global scale.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, and exceptional presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.

Responsibilities

  • Seasonal Marketing Content Management: Manage the process of the seasonal marketing content share out in partnership with category and marketing operations teams, ensuring alignment across the region and markets on all channels.
  • Seasonal Storytelling: Implement and oversee the rollout of seasonal brand narratives across retail and digital touchpoints, ensuring consistent execution that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Ecommerce Marketing Execution: Oversee the implementation of ecommerce marketing strategies in collaboration with key regional and country-level stakeholders, ensuring consistency with seasonal brand initiatives.
  • Collaboration with Creative Teams: Partner with internal creative teams to approve and adapt content for seasonal marketing campaigns, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and resonates with target audiences.
  • Marketing Material Approval: Review and approve marketing assets adapted by markets related to seasonal and category-specific campaigns, guaranteeing high-quality execution across both digital and physical retail platforms.
  • Support PR and Media Initiatives: Work closely with PR and media teams to support brand visibility and product launches for distributor markets, ensuring alignment with internal category and PR strategies.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze marketing and sales performance across markets to evaluate campaign success. Deliver comprehensive quarterly reports on distributor practices, marketing execution trends, and their evolution during and after seasonal campaigns.
  • Own Operational and Cross-functional Tasks: Take ownership of operational processes across distributor markets, ensuring efficiency and alignment with internal cross-functional teams for seamless execution across regions.
