  • An undergraduate degree or similar level of professional education (i.e. professional development qualification) or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience of working in teaching and learning administration in a Higher Education environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of enhancing the student lifecycle from applicant to graduation.
  • Familiarity with Moodle or equivalent virtual learning environments.

Responsibilities

  • The role holders will be involved in the development and set-up of procedures and processes related to new programmes being launched in the School.
  • The role will specialise in administering all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of the designated programme(s), ensuring effective procedures are documented and adopted for dealing with enquiries, applications, induction, module selections, student queries, assessments, progression, student support, committees and events.
  • The post will lead in achieving a high quality and timely service to current and prospective students and staff relating to the designated courses/programmes and beyond.
  • The post plays a key role in the development of the School of Management Teaching and Learning Support Team.
  • The role will specialise in administering all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of the designated programme(s), ensuring effective procedures are documented and adopted for dealing with enquiries, applications, induction, module selections, student queries, assessments, student support, committees and events.
