Responsibilities

  • Monitoraggio centrale di tutte le tempistiche e dei budget dei Key Project.
  • Assicurare il rispetto TCQ sia dei progetti in-house sia verso fornitori/risorse esterne coinvolti nei progetti.
  • Punto di raccolta e gestione centralizzata per i rischi sia condivisi che specifici per i Key Project.
  • Coordinamento complessivo dei SAL in termini di Pianificazione, Raccolta informazioni, Coinvolgimento attori, Meccanismi di escalation.
  • Identificazione e sviluppo della metodologia, delle migliori pratiche e degli standard di Project Management.
  • Chiarificazione e gestione di regole, procedure e modulistica di progetto e di altra documentazione condivisa.
  • Definizione di un knowledge base / piattaforma per raccogliere Deliverables dei Application Manager/Product Manager di linea.
  • Coordinamento degli standard complessivi di qualità dei progetti in collaborazione ai Product Manager ed eventuale personale esterno.
