Responsibilities

  • Help design and implement our change management and hybrid project management model, aligning with organizational goals and objectives. You will manage governance structures, processes, and standards for project management across the organization.
  • Support and train business led project managers in both traditional and agile project management methodologies.
  • Track project portfolio against plan, identify and manage risks and issues, and provide regular status reporting to Ford Credit Europe’s leadership team.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the EPO's processes and tools.
  • Encourage innovation and adaptability, ensuring the EPO remains agile and responsive to changing business needs.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources effectively, including internal staff, external vendors, and budget allocation.
