Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of creative development workflows, safeguarding projects’ adherence to schedules and budgets across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Liaise with strategy, creative, media, legal, finishing and other crucial stakeholders, to ensure alignment and approval of campaign assets.
  • Document details of creative requirements in multiple project management and asset management systems.
  • Translate media plans and specs into creative requirements.
  • Escalate issues when creative development hits roadblocks or encounters delays.
  • Lead cross functional meetings with Campaign Managers/Strategists to execute campaigns, ensuring alignment with project timelines, creative vision, and budget constraints.
  • Master tools for project coordination, workflow and management.
  • Continue to find ways to streamline the production process and lead the way in standardizing processes and procedures to maximize efficiency.
  • Consider brand, performance, business, and KPI requirements while overseeing and guiding Campaign initiatives.
