Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communications with the Laboratory, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Manufacturing, etc to define testing program needs and implement requirements based on program scope
  • Close working relationship with Business Development and Marketing to define program scope and support contract execution for both Customer testing programs and internal Marketing projects
  • Create, execute, and track program details, identify potential roadblocks early on and define risk mitigation
  • Manage and maintain business relationship with customer through reoccurring meetings, phone and email interactions (occasional face to face meetings required). Ability to develop a strong customer relationship, maintain a high level of customer service
  • Oversee the development of the program and direct point of contact post launch to ensure all aspects of the testing program are aligned for both internal and external requirements
  • Ability to work with diverse cross functional teams on a global platform
  • Support inventory management, including but not limited to, evaluating min/ max levels, reviewing and implementing design changes, reporting monthly usage and costs
  • Performs other special projects or duties as assigned by manager or leadership
