Where will the Quality Assurance Officer be based?
The post holder will be based in the Trust R&D department and will work across the Denmark Hill and PRUH sites.
What is the primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Officer?
The primary responsibility is to support and maintain a quality management system to assure the quality of clinical research in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
What regulatory frameworks and practices will the post holder need to comply with?
The post holder will need to comply with Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Laboratory Practice, the Research Governance Framework for Health and Social Care 2005, Good Clinical Practice, the Human Tissue Act, the Data Protection Act, and the Mental Capacity Act.
