  • Work with suppliers to improve quality standards and compliance.
  • Assist the NA/EU quality teams and provide product assessments with practical solutions.
  • Train regional and district managers on legal and quality standards.
  • Monitor and produce legal updates for the team.
  • Assist in developing product standards and testing protocols.
  • Identify and liaise with appropriate laboratories for product testing.
  • Provide training on legal requirements to buyers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Support induction training for new team members and managers.
  • Offer expert guidance on quality and compliance issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
