Requirements

  • GCSEs – C / 4 grade or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Degree – Ideally a RICS accredited Quantity Surveying degree
  • You’ll have an interest in the property industry and how we can shape its future
  • You’ll be confident in working with numbers with strong attention to detail and approach work in a methodical way
  • You’ll be able to connect with others easily and build strong relationships
  • You’ll be eager to grow in the role and develop your skills with us

Responsibilities

  • You’ll get involved in real work from day one that will help clients achieve their ambitions
  • You’ll help research and calculate design costs to create budget estimates
  • You’ll monitor project spend and help report on costs to ensure they are within budgets
  • You’ll visit sites to carry out site visits to check on project progress
  • You’ll help prepare reports and contract documents for clients
  • You’ll research and keep up to date with relevant market insight and legislation that may impact our work
  • You’ll build relationships across our business and clients to ensure we deliver a great service
  • You’ll take part in regular training in business skills, technical knowledge, and professional development to support your growth
