What is the base salary for this position?
The base salary for this position is an above-average salary of €3,500, plus shift allowances after successful completion of training.
Do I need previous experience as a train conductor?
Ideally, you should have an apprenticeship as a train conductor (Zugführer), including qualification for brake tests and wagon inspections; however, refreshers are available with us.
How many vacation days do I get?
You will receive 30 vacation days for your leisure time.
Is the work schedule fixed or flexible?
The work schedule is stable but includes individual shifts, including nights and weekends, with your shift plan provided at least 3 weeks in advance.
Do I receive training for this role?
Yes, you will receive paid training at the workplace along with extensive learning and development opportunities.
