Responsibilities

  • Developing advanced analytical methods to characterize and understand the structure-property relationship and the surface/interface properties of polymeric materials such as macromers and hydrogels.
  • Participating in sub-teams, using profound technical/scientific knowledge to advise and contribute to all function strategies and goals.
  • Assisting management of project activities, support/coach and laterally lead scientists, researchers, and technicians, foster a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Providing answers to ad hoc questions related to chemical characterization, structural elucidation, trace analysis, and impurity identification.
