What are the main responsibilities of the Receptionist position?
The Receptionist will actively manage the reception area, support the referral process for patient pathways, book and reschedule appointments, use the EHRS system, retrieve information from various hospital systems, and answer queries from patients and other departments.
Is experience in a healthcare setting required for this role?
While prior experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial, strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn are also key attributes for this position.

What are the working hours for this role?

How does the pay scale for this position work?
The position will be paid under the current 23/24 pay scales if employment starts before the 24/25 pay scales are implemented. Any backpay will be adjusted accordingly after the new pay scales take effect in autumn 2024.
