Responsibilities

  • - Du berätst Gebietskörperschaften (Bund, Länder, Kommunen), kommunale Unternehmen und privatwirtschaftliche Unternehmen.
  • - Du bist in dem Bereich Öffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht tätig sowie bei der rechtlichen Mitwirkung bei der Neuorganisation unserer Mandanten.
  • - Im Öffentlichen Wirtschaftsrecht kannst du einen der folgenden Schwerpunkte setzen: Beihilfenrecht, Energierecht, Umwelt- und Planungsrecht, Gesundheits- und Medizinrecht sowie Verwaltungsrecht.
  • - Du erstellst Verträge, führst Verhandlungen, trittst vor Behörden und Gerichten auf und präsentierst mandatsnahe Lösungen.
