Responsibilities

  • Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an on early career talent strategy.
  • Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  • Ability to develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales.
  • Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives; pilots, process improvement projects, etc.
  • Partner with business and recruiting teams across Amazon to understand student hiring needs.
  • Build innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Amazon.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
