Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including verifying specifications of job descriptions, screening and short-listing candidates, interviewing, candidate assessment and analysis, providing recommendations for next steps, and evaluation for offers in partnership with hiring management and HRBPs.
  • Conduct strategic proactive recruitment market research to develop an innovative go-to-market recruitment approach when a new position is opened for recruitment.
  • Apply knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and implement innovative recruiting strategies to acquire industry-leading candidates and prospect for new business.
  • Provide salary offer recommendations to hiring managers, using data/ranges provided by Total Rewards and considering internal equity.
  • Build a talent pool by increasing opportunities with social media, LinkedIn, career fairs, in-person and virtual networking, and DEI/partnership events.
  • Collaborate and develop strong relationships with internal management and employees to understand their roles, department structures, business goals, and position requirements for proactive candidate sourcing.
  • Partner with HRBPs on specific staffing strategies for volume hiring, hard-to-fill positions, and agency resources.
  • Creatively identify and provide new opportunities to connect and form relationships with key talent who offer diverse perspectives.
  • Serve as university or professional organization contact for outreach and recruitment for 1-2 organizations.
  • Maintain a database of candidates, including active and passive prospects to decrease time to fill positions and keep an active dialogue with high-caliber talent for future pipeline.
  • Stay current with job requisition workload and consistently update records in internal tracking and database. Provide hiring managers, leaders, and HR leaders with proactive updates.
  • Participate in Global Talent Acquisition initiatives and program development as needed, depending on topics and workload.
  • Foster a collaborative environment where shared insights and best practices enhance our collective ability to attract and retain industry top talent.
