Responsibilities

  • Partner with interventional cardiologists to educate them on their patient's needs and assist/guide them in utilizing their patient databases with specific criteria to identify eligible patients/potential candidates from their own practice.
  • Provide support to interventional cardiologists in identifying and addressing any challenges related to patient referrals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to create and maintain a comprehensive patient referral network.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with General Practitioners, clinical cardiologists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between GPs, clinical cardiologists, and interventional cardiologists to ensure seamless patient referrals.
  • Organize and conduct outreach programs, meetings, and presentations to promote referral network initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of referral networks and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of referral activities and generate regular reports on referral trends and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to patient referral networks.
