Requirements

  • Bachelors / Master’s degree in Science
  • Minimum of 10+ years industry experience in sales of scientific solutions to any or all of the following markets Pharmaceutical, BioPharma, Life Science Research (Govt & Academics), Healthcare.
  • People Managerial experience will be preferred
  • Experience in government tenders (GEM ) will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills is required
  • Flexible to travel.

Responsibilities

  • To Drive sales in the assigned region with the help of allocated resources.
  • Connect with the TOP KOLs of the region & drive business growth through them
  • Mentor/Manage a team of 4/5 Account Managers
  • Manage Key Distributors from the assigned region
  • Plan, Forecast & execute Business plans.
  • Monitor the sales progress on a day-to day basis
