Responsibilities

  • Operations Level 1 contact for managing SWIFT and Fax messaging and responsible for monitoring the messaging applications and respective queue handling.
  • Maintenance of all system related static data and related tasks
  • Support the change activities related to messaging applications when requested.
  • Handle all the email queries received and escalate all system related issues identified to operations L2 and IT teams.
  • Close collaboration and interaction with application support teams, business and other relevant stakeholders globally.
  • Commitment to manage deadlines and work extended hours in a fast-paced work environment.
