  • Prospecting, Business Development & Account Growth:
  • Prospect for new business through research, outreach and networking.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities.
  • Handle your own opportunities through to close and achieve individual sales targets.
  • Acquire new accounts and expand existing relationships.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations to support deal progression.
  • Commercial Foresight in a wide variety of accounts.

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Lead a portfolio of clients, ensuring engagement, happiness, retention, and growth.

  • Sales Process & Opportunity Management:
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and track opportunities.
  • Support pipeline development and forecasting.

  • Cross-team Collaboration:
  • Participate in team meetings and supply to discussions on improving customer experience.
  • Collaborate with wider RRS teams such as Lead Gen, Client Services, Professional Services, Product etc. to deliver a unified, strong customer service.
