What qualifications do I need to apply for the Research Assistant position?
A background in behavioural science is required for the Research Assistant position, and it is ideal for early career researchers looking for their first challenge.
What will my primary responsibilities be in this role?
Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating research activities for the NIHR-funded behavioural clinical trial (ROSETA), conducting interviews, collating and analysing data, preparing reports and literature reviews, and contributing to academic publications and funding applications.
Will I have opportunities for personal research?
Yes, there will be opportunities for you to pursue personal research and funding interests in line with the objectives of the research group.
How many days of holiday do I get?
You will receive 26 days of holiday plus approximately 16 Bank Holidays/days that the University is closed by custom, totaling around 42 days a year.
