Responsibilities

  • S’assurer du respect du contrat dans toutes ses dimensions : budget, qualité et délais.
  • Adapter et déployer l’approche de gestion du client en fonction de son contexte et de ses besoins.
  • Analyser les indicateurs de pilotage (performance et qualité) afin de réaliser des diagnostics et piloter les actions d’amélioration le cas échéant.
  • Préparer et animer les instances en interne et avec le client.
  • Réaliser le suivi des éléments financiers.
  • Conduire des projets internes et externes.
  • Coordonner les actions de l’ensemble des acteurs ADP intervenant pour le Client.
  • Garantir la satisfaction de vos Clients.
