Responsibilities

  • Implement and support the evolution of critical annual planning processes, drive planning for budgets, forecasts, and annual business plans.
  • Implement the Planning Calendar in coordination with regions and stakeholders, contribute to improving planning and performance processes.
  • Consolidate and prepare plans, targets, and materials for the regional VP.
  • Drive alignment between the Regional VP and Business lines on H1 and H2 plans.
  • Design and disseminate account planning templates, define commercial targets and cascade sales quotas based on historical data, forecasts, and market dynamics.
  • Contribute to the territory plan, including sales activities and account portfolios.
  • Identify opportunities and gaps by territory through reporting and analytics, providing growth recommendations, drive and improve data-driven decision-making.
  • Influence resource, budget, and policy planning, and set development plans.
  • Collaborate with segment commercial strategy teams and cross-functional teams, facilitate cross-functional partnerships with Finance and Business Units.
