What is the main purpose of the S&T FP&A Associate Manager role?
The main purpose of the S&T FP&A Associate Manager role is to provide Central Planning support for specific components of the global Annual Operating Plan (AOP) algorithm process, which includes cost allocation modeling, billing plan management, and conducting ad hoc data analysis during the planning cycle.
What are the key responsibilities of this position?
Key responsibilities include supporting the S&T Finance Central Planning team in the annual operating plan process, coordinating AOP submissions to Corporate, providing complex financial modeling, developing materials and presentations for S&T Finance leadership, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, providing support for the global S&T planning community, and assisting with the Corporate Finance Transformation agenda as needed.
What qualifications are required for this job?
Required qualifications include experience in period and quarterly forecasting and budget management (FP&A experience), ability to build and manage complex financial models, a big-picture/global organizational perspective, effective communication skills, experience with trade-offs and financial risks/opportunities, ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, and experience with planning tools (TM1 preferred but not required).
What is the expected compensation range for this position?
The expected compensation range for the S&T FP&A Associate Manager position is between $85,200 and $142,650 based on a full-time schedule.
Are there any performance-based bonuses available for this job?
Yes, there is a performance-based bonus available, with a target payout of 10% of the annual salary paid out annually, based on eligibility.
