Responsibilities

  • Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
  • Proactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch sales particularly focusing on customers with reduced or inactive spending
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the system and putting it away in the warehouse which will involve manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets
  • Ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch
