Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional customer experience that follows the customer through their journey within the store
Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
Provide the brand bra fit experience, ensuring the customers need are met and additional products are suggested where appropriate
Participate in sales targets with management and tracking performance towards the set goals
Understand and execute store merchandising standards, recovering and replenishing stock where needed
Operate the till system ensuring all customer transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and services levels are maintained throughout
Play an active role in loss prevention within the store, identify and notifying management of any stock that may be fault and/or have gone missing
Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures at all times
Participate in training programmes and engage with in store initiatives
