Responsibilities

  • Support advisors to meet and exceed their sales and retention targets, within compliance and relevant legislation.
  • Conduct one on one soft skills and sales coaching for team members to support the team to continually build their knowledge, sales skills and support them to provide an outstanding experience to our customers.
  • Through coaching, ensure compliance with relevant legislation and compliance policy. In particular, to ensure that the correct processes are being followed in relation to handling customer complaints and the fair treatment of customers.
  • Continually maintain a personal high level of knowledge of procedures, products, systems, being the most knowledgeable person in the team.
  • Handle escalated customer calls and emails.
  • Being a role model in the department for providing outstanding service to customers and demonstrating excellence in behaviours relating to Bupa's values.
  • Deliver huddle updates relating to any process/system/quality updates.
