Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly new PMI API / subscriber targets, considering profitability of the overall book.
  • Build productive relationships with our key intermediary partners.
  • Cross sell other products to intermediary’s including travel, dental & optical, cash back and other non-PMI products available.
  • Deliver exceptional service in relation to call handling.
  • Understand and achieve sales objectives during processes that are in line with our values and core behaviours.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of existing products, including all bespoke team products, core PMI products, non-PMI products and the various pricing mechanisms used.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of each database and system that is required to function within the role.
  • Be compliant with the Financial Conduct Authority guidelines and with the Data Protection Act.
