Responsibilities

  • Provide design advice and assistance using our internal configuration and pricing tool.
  • Provide unit costing advice and budget prices.
  • Read and annotate consultants, architects and main contractors’ specifications and scope documents.
  • Able to read, interpret and understand clients architectural and structural design drawings.
  • Utilising the TKE configuration and pricing tool to provide factory costings for incorporation into a tender package.
  • Supporting TKE Procurement Team in preparing quotation documentation for obtaining specific local UK supplied materials from our approved list of specialist vendors.
  • Liaison and communication with our UK Design Centre team and installation teams to ensure that bespoke design and installation requirements are captured and costed.
  • Attending client meetings as a representative of the company’s tender delivery team supporting the Sales Manager and TKE team.
  • Supporting Sales Team with co-ordination and completion of project specific client tender deliverables documentation.
  • Full support of the bid post tender through to win / loss in collaboration with the Sales Manager and TKE team.
  • Review of Sales Managers ‘As Sold’ documentation to ensure that all costs have been captured prior to booking.
  • Balancing of cost forecasts to “As Sold” documentation and TKE internal order configuration tools.
  • Supporting the order booking team with correct documentation.
  • Responsible for supporting the Sales Team pre-tender with onsite surveys, where it is required for Full Replacement Projects.
  • Acting as the ‘go-between’ for NI (Sales and Ops) Team and TKE factories.
  • Accountable for the maintenance of UK NI Sharepoint and documenting system.
  • Work closely and support Head of Sales and Head on Operations with reporting, forecasting and attending ‘level-up’ meetings where required.
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.
  • Prepare technical drawings and proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with EN81-20/50, harmonised standards and UK regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop competitive quotations.
  • Liaise with clients and in house installation teams.
  • Provide technical support during project execution for Op's team.
