Responsibilities

  • Lead teams of SaaS Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on contacting and qualifying prospect accounts to achieve/exceed demand generation targets through inbound.
  • Drive revenue growth through continual quality improvement, coaching your team to help them better understand and address customer needs and challenges.
  • Identify, recruit and develop world class Sales Development Representatives, providing an exceptional talent pool for career progression within Oracle.
  • Invest in Sales Development Representatives, enabling them to grow professionally.
  • Build strong business relationships with all stakeholders (In-country Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Sales Directors and Country Leaders) to deliver on company goals, vision and strategy.
  • Conduct ongoing regular coaching & performance appraisals and manage all related performance issues.
  • Report regularly to SDR Leadership on the performance of the SDRs in lead qualification, furnishing them with statistics on lead quality and other health metrics of your business.
  • Ensure compliance to Oracle tools usage and processes.
  • Implement programmatic training and development plans.
  • This role will be based in the London office 3 days a week.
