Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Development Representative, you will own all aspects of inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification, and management.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for cold calling, emailing and utilising social selling techniques to open up opportunities with net new logos and clients that we have not recently worked with.
  • In this role, you will work closely with marketing and the sales teams to execute on outreach campaigns, as well as creating your own effective campaigns to generate leads and opportunities for NCC Group.
  • Generate exciting new business opportunities through educating and inspiring potential new clients on our Security Consulting solutions, including Pen Testing, Risk Management and Governance, Cyber Incident Response and Managed Service Solutions.
  • Taking ownership for responding to, qualifying, and tracking inbound leads and building relationships with clients.
  • Nurturing prospects and passing on qualified leads to sales teams.
  • Updating Leadership Team on Lead progression and Campaign Results.
