Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements strategies in support of sales force and corporate initiatives appropriate to sales segments and unique go-to-market, sales support, digital content and development needs. Empowers sales team to execute by ensuring internal organizational buy-in, leveraging innovative sales enablement practices, translating the sales strategy to actionable plans and courses of action.
  • Drives complex sales solutions by translating business requirements into solution requirements, coordinating expertise, scoping, and defining delivery and managing deployment timelines.
  • Defines actionable plans and courses of action for change programs, digital content and communications for program readiness and rollout.
  • Assesses the effectiveness and positive impact of solutions and communicates the results to stakeholders and Executive Leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
