Responsibilities

  • Managing the monthly medium/long term planning process in order to ensure customer demand can be fulfilled.
  • Conducting scenario planning and risk analysis
  • Influencing the integral inventory levels of the Therapeutic Care with the objective to realize the availability targets
  • Incorporating product phase in/phase out, promotions, regulatory clearances and other factors into the demand plan
  • Preparing suppliers/factories for long term demand plans
  • Defining and agreeing on availability performance and inventories
  • On behalf of the Therapeutic Care, lead the S&OP process, by teaming up with the markets, Integrated Supply Chain, product management, and program PMO
  • Deploying the single agreed plan to all functions
  • Initiating and participating in Therapeutic Care and supply chain improvement processes
  • Defining opportunities for improvement driven by operational excellence, customer satisfaction and cost reduction
  • Contributing to the Supply Chain Management strategy for Therapeutic Care
  • As part of the SCM strategy, develop and align the S&OP policy
  • Participating in the supply chain strategy
