Responsibilities

  • As a Sales, Procurement & Production Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of customer orders from initial intake through procurement and into production.
  • You’ll manage the sales order book within our ERP system, maintaining accurate delivery dates and providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Working closely with the shop floor and operations team, you’ll create and maintain production schedules, ensuring efficient use of capacity and alignment with delivery commitments.
  • You’ll also take responsibility for raising purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance and managing supply risks to ensure materials are available when needed.
  • Alongside this, you’ll support compliance with aerospace standards, ensuring all documentation, certification and traceability requirements are met.
  • Acting as a central point of coordination across sales, procurement, stores and production, you’ll help keep priorities aligned and operations running effectively in a dynamic environment.
