Responsibilities

  • Identifies and solicits new business; builds and maintains a full pipeline of sales prospects
  • Supports leadership in driving department goals
  • Actively participates in scaling sales team by shadowing new applicants and reviewing workflows
  • Work through company provided leads and seek business opportunities in the transportation industry
  • Identify client needs and suggest product/service features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quota of TVC memberships and fuel card offerings
  • Provide exceptional service to both customers and prospects to resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Work with sales leadership to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Update all leads and opportunities through Salesforce CRM system
  • Joint accountability with group sales support to provide a “best-in-class” on-boarding experience for new clients
  • All other duties as assigned and required
