Responsibilities

  • Work on inbound calls for queries for small business clients.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for small business clients.
  • Develop and leverage a broad understanding of ADP products in support of client needs.
  • Take ownership and provide end-to-end solutions for clients.
  • Strong focus on creating Positive Defining moments in every client interaction.
  • Resolve routine customer concerns with pre-defined solutions while looking for solutions that will allow our customers to focus on their core business.
  • Should be willing to work in rotational shifts (US Shifts).
