Responsibilities

  • Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Coach for multiple Agile teams
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including:
  • Daily standups
  • Sprint planning
  • Backlog grooming/refinement
  • Sprint reviews
  • Retrospectives
  • Coach and mentor teams to improve Agile maturity, collaboration, and performance
  • Coordinate cross-team product delivery and manage inter-team dependencies
  • Assist in identifying and removing impediments impacting team progress
  • Partner with stakeholders to align delivery objectives with business priorities
  • Leverage Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) for:
  • Requirement documentation
  • Task tracking
  • Workflow management
  • Reporting and visibility
  • Adapt and refine Agile processes to fit project and organizational needs
  • Support technical teams in structured delivery within regulated or enterprise environments
