  • Develop a good understanding of CX related challenges in the customer's industry, market sector and business environment to position products and solutions accordingly.
  • Build a strong relationship with main stakeholders in key accounts.
  • Work with key channel and alliance partners to identify and execute on joint opportunities.
  • Track all activities and revenue projections in salesforce.com for accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Build opportunity-based strategies with team members to solve deal-level challenges.
  • Build Account Plans for key accounts.
