Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships as well as expanding relationship to relevant stakeholders within the key accounts.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Stibo Systems' software products to existing clients.
  • Customer Success: Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors, ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately forecast sales and track key account metrics, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and feedback to the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product teams as well with our strategic Global Solution Integrators (GSI´s) and Technology Partners to ensure alignment and support for account growth initiatives.
