Responsibilities

  • IAIT Program
  • System Access and Outlook Management
  • Create Outlook Distros for each cycle (Mentor, Manager, IAIT, Training Leads)
  • Create new Training CFT distro
  • Add IAITs to each relevant division distro
  • Request basic system access for all IAITs
  • Submit new team member requests via the Spot
  • Schedule IAIT 90 Day reviews with Sr. Directors, leveraging documentation of meeting needs
  • Attend kickoffs and office hours for program visibility and TM assistance
  • Document Organization
  • Collect Training Lead nominations, leveraging documentation of this task
  • Collect Mentor and Manager information and input into Unplaced IAIT grid
  • Update Core IM org charts with new IAIT team members
  • Manage upkeep of Unplaced IAIT grid for administrative records
  • Maintain documentation re: administrative tasks associated with new IAITs
  • Maintain pyramid org charts with new IAITs
  • Leadership
  • Lead F&B (Food & Bev) admins through IAIT setup process (they own separately)
  • Keep pyramid admins informed of new IAIT classes and associated workload
  • Partner with IM Sr. Admin Assistants to update documents to reflect current staffing, structure, and team practices with administrative action items
  • Partner with GIM Training Team to understand and suggest where enhancements and modifications can be made to improve onboarding process
  • Problem Solving
  • Troubleshoot new hire setup issues with Hi-Tech, TA, and Target Welcome team
  • Provide direction and assist IAIT with administrative tasks including but not limited to ordering equipment, virtual reimbursement
  • Client Engagement
  • Builds & fosters relationships with key internal partners that support GIM Training programs (GIM Training team, Talent Acquisition, Target Welcome, Hi-tech, Intern Mentors and Managers)
  • Create a welcoming experience for new learners by being a go-to resource for onboarding support
