Responsibilities

  • Developing health, retirement, life, disability insurance programs.
  • Participating in development of benefits strategy; compares plan design and rates with market benchmarks
  • Managing vendor relationships
  • Monitoring Benefit programs; emphasizing provider performance, efficient plan utilization
  • Developing metrics for reporting to the leadership team.
  • Managing retirement plans for ICON's global retirement portfolio primarily defined contribution plans
  • Contribute to our Wellbeing strategy
  • Benefit Communications: working with internal stakeholders, communicate benefit offerings to enhance colleague awareness and education.
  • Stay abreast of benefit trends and laws.
  • Global Benefits involvement in competitive analysis, strategy design, Risk, and Insurance Management
  • Merger & Acquisition (M&A) support
  • Build relationships and collaborates with all key stakeholders – internally and externally
  • Conduct research, prepares requests for proposals (RFPs), oversees the selection of providers, negotiates contracts and prepares plan summary documents for benefit offerings.
  • Manage / Support with special projects as assigned
