  • Proven business analysis skills and experience

  • Ability to define business requirements that describe the solution and mode of operations

  • Ability to explain complex technical ideas in a simple understandable format
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
  • Have the skills to influence the work team for the alignment differences in ideas or solutions
  • Strong ability to express point of view, to negotiate and manage risks
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual teams, to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong process mapping skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Advanced JIRA & Confluence skills
  • Salesforce & NM1 an asset
  • Certification or recognized training in Business Analysis Project management experience
  • University or college degree in Business, Information, Technology or Computer Science
  • 5+ years experience in Télécommunications ou similar industry
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple business transformation projects activities such as completing and updating project documentation, defining business functional and design specifications, performing analysis to identify gaps
  • Work closely with the business units to understand various processes such as customer patterns, sales patterns, product development, etc., and strategize a plan of action accordingly
  • Serve as a liaison between the business operations, IT, Engineers and Product Managers to assist or gather the business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementation of strategies
  • Provide project analysis to senior management by producing required documentation including business requirements, UAT plan, use cases, sequence diagrams, and scope matrix
  • Identify opportunities at different stages of the work to improve the efficiency and formulate new business programs and initiatives
