  • Experience managing large student cohorts or implementing peer-led or hybrid learning models.

Responsibilities

  • This position supports our undergraduate population and joins us at an exciting time at the Business School as we look to grow our student population, and offer a scalable, forward-thinking careers provision.
  • This role will be overseeing the undergraduate provision and designing and delivering our new credit-bearing learning and development modules, which aim to build students’ business acumen and relevant competencies and career management skills.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of learning and development principles, a passion for supporting young people and an ability to work creatively and strategically.
  • You will be responsible for building innovative, experiential, and scalable learning experiences that incorporate reflective practice.
  • With increasing cohort sizes, you will implement appropriate delivery models, leverage technology and peer-led learning, to ensure a high-quality student experience and impact.
  • You will manage an undergraduate Careers Consultant, who also oversees the development of a new Student Career Coach team, and you will be delivering workshops, small group sessions and 1:1 student coaching appointments.
  • You will work across the Careers team, with faculty members and wider teams and departments and continue to grow our high-quality careers offering.
