Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders: Develop and implement innovative communication strategies and plans with assigned stakeholders.
Lead regional events: Manage budgets, agencies, and senior stakeholders to deliver outstanding regional events that deepen employee engagement and recognise our colleagues.
Drive business change projects: Design and execute compelling communications for business change initiatives.
Editorial oversight: Provide editorial oversight and sign-off for designated communication channels.
Collaborate with ECC Director: Deputise for and collaborate with the ECC Director to ensure cohesive campaign planning and content delivery.
Build strong relationships: Foster strong relationships with both senior leaders and operational colleagues.
Inspire colleagues: Promote best practices in employee communications and inspire stakeholders to adopt progressive communication outputs that align with business priorities.
