Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field.
  • - At least 8 years experience working in design related area (agency or company)
  • - Strong interest in creative production and project management.
  • - Experience in organising photoshoots
  • - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • - Proven negotiation skills relating to talent booking, image/ music licensing and contracting with suppliers.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools/software is a plus.
  • - Ability to influence regardless of reporting lines

Responsibilities

  • Researching, planning and delivering creative projects from creative direction to content creation across multiple touch points, from 2D to retail, digital to motion in close collaboration with the Creative Director.
  • Ensuring the brand's tone, look, and feel are consistently applied across all channels and touchpoints. Developing and maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring they are adhered to in all creative outputs.
  • Leading the execution of creative strategies end to end from conceptualization, development, and production, ensuring creative excellence. From writing clear and compelling briefs, to ensuring feedback is integrated into development and driving successful creative delivery.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, maximizing results and ensuring timely delivery within budget and fulfilling creative objectives and brief.
  • Mentoring and leading creative project managers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment within direct team and the wider department.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and incorporate relevant knowledge and solutions into creative processes.
  • Presenting and communicating objective creative solutions with clarity, effectively selling in ideas to a variety of stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Identifying opportunities for change and improvement, and initiate own proposals.
  • Working with external agencies and vendors (copywriters, production house, photographers, directors etc) to ensure high-quality production and delivery. Fostering strong working relationships to help aid successful delivery. Seeking new external resources that can deliver world class results.
  • Securing and overseeing all production requirements for filmed, digital, experiential and immersive productions from pre- through post-production inclusive of footage, music and font licensing.
  • Maintaining high standards for all creative output, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
