Requirements

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science) or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years in a Data Scientist or similar role, encompassing data extraction, analysis, statistical modeling, and effective communication. Preferably, this includes experience as a leader and mentor within a Data Science team.
  • Python, SQL, Git, Deep Learning, Statistical Modeling, Algorithms (incl. Machine Learning), NLP Algorithms (preferably), application / fine-tuning / development of LLM / Gen AI solutions (preferably)
  • Ability to clarify and simplify technical concepts, experience of direct work business people, problem-solving, agile project management
  • English B2+ level; French is a plus, but optional

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, analyze, produce and deploy innovative and sustainable solutions based on Machine Learning / GenAI for a variety of use cases across the company. Ensure the quality of these solutions is aligned with user expectations.
  • Collaborate with teams of internal and external partners with diverse profiles to integrate models into real products. Encounter many opportunities to provide expertise and share knowledge on Data Science projects, inside and outside of the team. Ensure trust and maintain trustful relationships with all the related stakeholders.
  • Manage both internal and external Data Scientists and other related stakeholders to achieve the impact on your own projects and workstreams, where you will be personally responsible for the end-to-end execution.
  • Draw-up business audience friendly Algorithm / Data transformation logic documentation
  • Collaborate with and mentor students on Data Science projects
  • Report directly to Lead Data Scientist
