  • - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or extensive experience in Retail or Digital Marketing in lieu of a degree
  • - 10+ years experience in a marketing role, retail experience required
  • - 4+ years experience in retail or omnichannel marketing
  • - Experience working with Sr Leadership to influence decisions and inspire change at scale
  • - Experience in large-scale vertical and/or multi-brand environments. Demonstrated understanding of business-to-business relationships and the ability to collaborate effectively to deliver brand impact at scale at an accelerated pace
  • - Ability to craft detailed strategies and implementation plans that can be adopted by retailers and are easy for geo teams to implement
  • - Can-do demeanor with the shown ability to adapt to changes in business needs or direction
  • - Knowledge of current retail landscape and the latest trends and innovations for retail

Responsibilities

  • - Collaborate with various cross-functional partners to continually innovate and enhance the end-to-end marketing experience in multi-brand environments.
  • - Balance the art and science of marketing: understanding our partner's business opportunities & needs, obsessing their consumer and driving distinctive, Nike-only storytelling and experiences across the marketplace.
  • - Lead a team responsible for setting the long-term vision and standard for partner marketing around the world, and drive that vision through to seasonal execution around the globe.
  • - Ensure global direction and standards are developed with and for Geography Partner Marketing teams to support adoption, localization, and execution.
  • - Partner with Visual Merchandising and Experience teams to craft for the unique needs of critical partners while balancing the needs for partner distinction with Nike brand consistency.
  • - Ensure meaningful, robust & connected consumer journeys with omnichannel efforts that support one brand experience across the ecosystem.
