  • - Script automation of processes using PowerShell.
  • - Level 3 Systems Administration of the Amadeus Messaging and Collaboration framework, including serving as the point of contact for significant incident escalations.
  • - Configuring and managing mail routing, messaging hygiene, and security configurations.
  • - Monitoring and managing urgent security tasks like audits, litigation holds, e-discovery, and revoking access.
