  • Partnering with Brand & Marketing leads to interpret briefs and turn them into standout creative.
  • Bringing social-first, conceptual ideas that cut through the noise.
  • Leading a small team of two designers, managing workflow, priorities and ensuring top-quality delivery at pace.
  • Balancing brand and customer needs, keeping both at the heart of every design decision.
  • Playing a hands-on role in shaping the next chapter of TALA’s visual storytelling as we scale across new categories, channels, and communities.
